The 8th Annual Riot Festival & Carnival 2012 is coming to Chicago this fall, September 14th-16th.
It’s going down right smack in the middle of the Windy City. Events will be held in Humboldt Park, the Congress Theater and other venues. This year promises to be just as good, if not better, than the past!
