Pregame the big game

superbowl-Final

Take on Super Bowl 50 for the win. Laces out, party down!

Finally! The big game has arrived. It’s time to party in the name of Super Bowl 50. Who knew on that fateful day back in 1967 that a humble game would turn into a worldwide spectacle. Will Peyton get one more win before a potential retirement, or will Cam bring home the first Super Bowl title for the Panthers? Will the real MVP be Coldplay? Your guess is as good as ours. Either way, we lined up the best shows, the best viewing parties (read: free), and the best events happening in both team’s hometowns, right here. Since the game is happening in our backyard, we made sure to cover the Bay Area, too. Game on.

San Francisco Bay Area: Coming to you live right in the backyard of the big game, this super jam packed weekend has everything from tons of free viewing parties to great shows to a few more lavish open bars with some true throwback acts (Coolio, anyone?). Go big but don’t go home. The Super Bowl may come and go, but some of the best venues in town are hosting great parties that are here to stay long after Super Bowl city is gone.
