Callahan’s Music Hall in Auburn Hills is a great venue for live music! This Irish Pub is a one stop shop for food, drinks and live entertainment. The Callahan Brothers opened their popular club to showcase the best blues in the world, continuing in the steps of blues institutions like Sully’s, The Soup Kitchen and more. These days, Callahan’s has branched out to Roots, Americana, Rock ‘n Roll, and Comedy. The crowd here has been described as cool, friendly, and social; which is a good thing whether you’re hanging out with friends or strangers. Callahan’s is also known for having an excellent sound guy and great lines of sight to the stage.
So if you live in the Detroit metro area, take a trip to Auburn Hills. You have another reason to come to hang out! Some of Callahan’s past shows have included: Johnny Winter, Jimmy Vaughan, Tab Benoit, and Girls with Guitars. The group that Jerry Garcia started with John Dawson New Riders of the Purple Sage is coming to Callahans for a special Halloween show!
