Ticketfly Promoter gets better with offer templates

Jun. 14, 2016

From routing tour dates to haggling over deposits and pre-tax expense deductions, booking and settling shows is more tedious than glamorous. Last November, the whole process got a heck of a lot easier with our beta release of Ticketfly Promoter, the world’s first end-to-end product for calendar management, offer creation, and settlement. Based on user feedback, today we’re expanding Ticketfly Promoter with the launch of default offer templates so you can focus on deal-making instead of data-entry.

While event locations and venues may change, we found much of the deal information doesn’t change with each offer, especially for venue promoters. Default offer templates save you time by eliminating the need to input the same information into every offer.

Creating a template is a piece of cake. Save a new or existing offer as a default template with one click. Easily edit your template at any time with built-in autosave, which automatically stores new info as you enter it. The next time you create an offer for the same venue, your template applies! And when it’s time to retire a template, simply delete it and start fresh.

Default offer templates are available now. Got a Ticketfly Promoter account? Get step by step instructions in Ticketfly Community and create your template today. Tell us your thoughts via the “Feedback” button once you’ve taken a spin.
